Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in high-volume data entry and typing (40-45 wpm).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and accounting programs.
  • Requires a current California driver's license and 10-key skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and punctuality.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update databases, prioritizing entry accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process applications, student/apprentice documents (ID cards, certificates, work processes), and public works awards (DAS 140/142).
  • Provide front-desk assistance to members, students, contractors, and affiliates.
  • Handle mail distribution, meeting minutes, and scheduling for apprenticeship programs.
  • Coordinate "mail-outs" for graduations, alumni dinners, newsletters, and events.
  • Order supplies, control documents, archive files, and prepare reports.
